@deffn and indentation

In TeX output, if I have a `@deffn ... @end deffn' environment
immediately followed by a new paragraph which consists of a single
line in the output, it is almost impossible to recognize that: Because
the indentation is the same, people will interpret the new paragraph
as part of the @deffn environment -- the slightly increased vertical
distance doesn't help since the difference to the normal paragraph
distance is too small.
I suggest that the printed output is treated similarly to the makeinfo
output: The indentation of @deffn should be 2em larger than the
indentation of the beginning of a paragraph.
