the files info/doc.c info/key.c info/funs.h are generated during build,
so I wonder why these files are part of the distribution and why they
are not removed with "make distclean".
Because if the build procedure fails, I want installers to be able to
get on with their life.
Of course, I don't think it ever actually has failed, so maybe it's
pointless.
