Hi, you need to get one thing straight - texpower is a package that
only adds dynamic effects to your document. The layout of your document is
controlled by the document class, which in your case seems to be
seminar/powersem. texpower can't fix failures of your document class.

Concerning papersize: I always use the foils class in stead of
powersem/seminar for various reason - it for example has a "Screen4to3"
papersize... However, viewing a pdf-file in FullScreen mode in Acrobat
Reader is never a problem because if the document doesn't fill the screen
AR just adds a black margin around the document.

You need to load them manually (before texpower). The warning just tells
you that some effects will be disabled because you haven't loaded the soul
and hyperref packages.

No, but you can nest \step which gives the same effect.

That's probably because you haven't loaded hyperref - what did the error
message for texpower say? Yes, exactly - page transitions are disabled
because hyperref isn't loaded.

This is a feature of the class and has nothing to do with texpower - ask
the author of seminar. (powersem is just a slight imporvement of seminar).
