Did you *read* the link i gave you? It tells you how to change the
margins. You may also try to decrease foilheadskip even more - for example

\addtolength\foilheadskip{-1.5\baselineskip}

(Reading the docs for foiltex is also helpful.)

It's YOUR responsibility to have enough room for the text - nothing
texpower can do about that.
