OK, sorry - I'm using the CVS version of texpower - read 
  http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=213070
for info on howto get it (easy).

For version 0.0.8h the syntax is 

\definecolor{pagecolor@lightbg}{rgb}{1,1,1}

(Don't forget \makeatletter and \makeatother because of the "@".)
