foilhead position

I am using foiltex and want to move the foilhead title
upwards in order to use more space in the slide for the
text. I revised the foiltex dvi and found no clear
indication about how to do that. Could anybody in the list
give me a clue?.

Another question: is it possible to define the \activatestep
in order to change not only the colour of the active text
but also the font type (i.e. bold on activation, normal
after that)?
