No, it just increases the space after the head, so the
former fulfilled single slide results into two slides. Seems
that it is not possible to modify the foiltex class and
that's a pity because I find that one could improve the use
of the dead space in the slide. Yes, I could move my
presentation from foiltex to either pdfscreen or powersem,
but I wonder if it worths the effort (I do not know if the
use of one or the other classes or packages is just a
question of taste or foiltex is "the way" to standardise the
presentations).

Do you usually set this  light background for your presentations
or is this just the default example you normally provides to
texpower users? (just curious because I am trying to setup a
standard template for my future presentations).
