first of all, sorry for the very late reply.

I hope we still have a chance to start a productive
cooperation extending TeXPower after this lame start on my side...

If you accept, I would like to include it in the "contrib"
section of the TeXPower site.

Do you see any chance of integrating your code into 
the current color management scheme (\usecolorset and
pals) present in TeXPower 0.0.9x or should one see them
as alternatives?
