where you can download the source (with pdf-version of the manual, 
fulldemo and FAQ) - "texpower-0.0.9d.tar.gz" - and all examples/demos 
precompiled - "texpower-doc-pdf-0.0.9d.tar.gz".

PS! The fancystep.tex examples doesn't compile - except for that
