Version 0.0.9d finally rereleased

The files are rereleased with the same names. The only fixes are: 

1) "fancystep.tex" now compiles. Note: It's a *very* long compile, 
   downloading the precompiled version from the homepage is recommended. 
2) Installation instructions are included (finally). 
3) "tpsem-a4.sty" is added as a replacement for "sem-a4.sty" (coming 
   with/used by seminar). 

If nothing of this is of interest for you, an reinstall is *not* needed.
