Could you be a bit more specific?
With the following input file:
\documentclass{seminar}
\usepackage{texpower}
\twoup
\begin{document}
\begin{slide}
Testseite
\end{slide}
\begin{slide}
foo
\end{slide}
\begin{slide}
bar
\end{slide}
\end{document}
the result looks quite ok to me.
