jpg to eps: Error

I have to include jpg images in LaTeX file (using psTricks). Some files converted to eps by "convert" of Image Magik are OK, while other are not. If I conver ps file (containing such images) to pdf or try to convert .eps file to pdf, I got error, which is reproduced below signature. What can be error? Or Is there any tool other than "convert" which can convert jpg to eps? Can there be problem with jpg images?
