Latex 2e format warning in Bakoma Tex

Hi all,

We have recently installed Bakoma TeX in our system. If we open TeX file in
the Bakoma TeX, 
it is showing the warning 'Tex format Latex2e can't be generated' and cant
able to compile the file. Can somebody help me on this?
