Looking for LaTeX Help e-Book

I'm looking for a working version of Prof. Petr N. Vabishchevich's
'LaTeX Help e-Book', format HTML Help for Windoze.

The CTAN version of 'LaTeX Help e-Book' works nicely 
_except_ for the chapter 'LaTeX2e' (file Latex2e.chm) 
which seems to be broken; it just says 
"Navigation to the webpage was cancelled".

The version  of 'LaTeX Help e-Book' from 
http://vm.cs.msu.ru/sotr/VabMGU/latex.htm 
doesnt work at all for me. It says
"Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:path_to_Latex2e.chm"
