This is not free, however.  We have spoken tutorials that explains 
installation and use of MiKTeX+TeXnicCenter+Sumatra at 
http://spoken-tutorial.org/Study_Plan_for_Installation_LaTeX_Windows - 
this is a FOSS solution.  We have the audio part of these tutorials in 
Hindi and Marathi as well.  We are hoping to dub them in other languages 
also.  Regards.
