LaTeX to XML conversions based on DTD

Please let us know whether we can convert XML, based on different DTD's from LaTeX source using LaTeXml.

For example,
1.       LaTeX to NLM DTD
2.       LaTeX to TFJA DTD
3.       LaTeX to A++ DTD
