Hyphenation dictionary in LaTeX

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to get/download the TeX hyphenation algorithm for specific dictionary like "New Oxford Spelling Dictionary 3rd Ed". Since some hyphenation goes wrong when compared to Oxford dictionary, on using babel.sty with UKenglish option.
