How to create a table whose number of rows is reduced by half of the previous one?

Dear Professsors/Friends:

I dont know how to create a table in which the number of rows in the second
row has half the number of rows in the first row. Similarly, the number of
rows in third row has half the number of rows in the second row, etc., For
example i have attached the table that was created using word and then
converted to pdf. Can anyone help me regarding this problem.
