Writing every thing using capital letters will be generally considered as
shouting. Those questions with a minimum (non)working example are answered
better and fast. Please try to provide a MWE and help others to help you

 You can use hyperref and/or bookmark package/s.

Better methods include using packages --  background, tikz, eso-pic etc. My
favorite is background with tikz.

Further it is is too many questions at once (without a MWE). Can you
provide some MWE  so that we need not recreate all that coding.
