Put these lines in the preamble.

\pgfdeclareimage[height=.6cm]{university-logo}{UniLogo}
\logo{\pgfuseimage{university-logo}}

Of course, ensure that you have the logo file named "UniLogo" in one
of the acceptable formats like jpg/png/pdf or even eps.
