I hope most of your computers would be Windows based. Then go for ProTeXt.
This is also available on http://tug.org/ website.

Are there any TeX experts nearby? Arrange for a 1 - 3 day workshop for
LaTeX by experts. It is not like Word that you install it and start using
it.
