Summary: Add a "noborder" option

Initial Comment:
When i write latex, i like to have two windows next to each other: kile and xdvi.

Since the space on my laptop is limited, i would like xdvi to use as little space as possible. I have therefore written as small perl-script that cuts away the borders of the dvi file. the script works well, but i think it would be nice if xdvi could do this directly.

So maybe a "-noborder" option could be added, that overrides the -paper and the -offset options.
