Initial Comment:
If the mouse pointer is over the vertical scroll bar, keys like pgup/pgdn and q (to quit) don't work properly: pgup/pgdn will just scroll in the current page (instead of changing page), and q will not finish xdvi.

However, if the mouse pointer is over the status bar, toolbar (that one with tool icons), or menubar (File Navigate ...), then no key works at all.

Having the mouse pointer anywhere else, keys work as expected.

The issue with the toolbar has been fixed in version 22.84.12, at least
for the background (if mouse is over a button, the bindings are still
overridden). The other widgets (like scrollbar, menubar, statusline) have
built-in default bindings, I'll need to check if it works to merge the
custom Xdvi bindings with them.
