I don't think it's FMPP or FreeMarker specific. It's like if rt.jar
(that contains the core classes that come with the Java platform, like
the java.lang classes) is in the CLASSPATH (or otherwise becomes
available to some class loader that is not the bootstrap classloader).
So check the CLASSPATH, and if rt.jar is in it, remove it from it.
