I most probably will not add such option. The CSV data loader
improvements of 0.9.9 are long-time really missing things for the
handling of *genuine* CSV (and tab separated, etc) files. Of course you
always have the option of sending a CSV data loader patch, or writing a
custom data loader. (BTW, CSV files has an escaping rule, and I don't
know if it's compatible with the files you process with the CSV data
loader.)
