Re: PPS GPIO polling driver license

Bill, the following file is a PPS driver distributed with the Linux kernel:

It is also released under a GPL 2.0 license:

However, being distributed with the Linux kernel, the source code falls
under the "Linux with syscall exception" clause, despite the source code
comments only referring to GPL 2.

Does anyone know how to contact Gabriel Ricalde to see if re-licensing is
permissible?
