Here is what I get as header for the mail you sent to  this mailing list.

From: Rob Janssen <chrony-users-Cohe+2zZ/ftmR6Xm/[email protected]>
Reply-To: [email protected]
To: [email protected]

Now if you have a decent mailer, it is supposed to first grab the Reply-To:
address when you reply, not the From: 
It may ask you whether that is what you want to have happen.
This is the standard behaviour. If your mailer does not use the "Reply-To"
rather than the From, it is you mailers problem, not the list's problem. The
list behaves as it should.
