How about Savannah instead of SourceForge?  I know it doesn't support
subversion, but if SourceForge is considered, its Free Software
counterpart should to.  For those who don't know, the SourceForge source
code is now proprietary and the last open version was released in Nov
2001.  Almost two years and so few people even know about it.
