SourceForge had a multi-disk failure on one of their seven file servers.
They have a "Site Status" page that gives a little info; the last update
there said that they were expecting the next update to be yesterday
morning, but I've seen nothing more recent.
At least all your project info seems to be up-to-date and available.
The SCons web site was restored from an old copy that only has 0.91,
not 0.92, available on the download page, and I can't update it because
the shell server *still* does not have the file systems mounted for all
projects beginning with the letters j, q, s and y. Grrr....
