My problems were mostly me being daft, and both the above
solutions worked fine for me.

Another problem have surfaced though, and that's the object
suffixes. I guess they are now defined in the wrong scope, at
least it's the suffixes from default.aap that's used. Which scope
must be used for src2obj to find them?
