I'm going to integrate these things today.  I'm wondering what name we
shall use after ":import".  Just "d" is very short.  "dmodule" is a bit
long and "module" doesn't add useful info.

Generally an ":import" command is used to add support for something.  Is
this always a language?  Then we can use "d".  Otherwise we could use
"d_lang".
