The list of modules can be moved to the reference manual.  I suppose
that is where most people would look for it.  I'll add a chapter after
"filetype detection".  It's very short right now, but should grow over
time.

It would be very good if you can write down those things that a user of
the "D" language would like to know.

Good.  Please do wait until it's stable enough and I have made a .zip
file available with all the D support included.  Otherwise D users might
run into problems too quick and become discouraged.
