I'll use the later version of the dmd tool patch.

I notice you didn't pass the "build_attr" to Depend().  I think that was
a recent change, you didn't remove this on purpose, right?

I'll change the use of {onestep} for :ltlib to give a warning and build
with multiple steps anyway.  Not building at all with only a warning is
not what a user would expect.
