It does something:

[tornado;/tmp]-32> aap --install ctags

Select where to install ctags:
1. become root and install in "/usr/local"
2. become root and install in a specified location
3. install in your home directory "/home/wichert"
4. install in a specified location

I would exepct aap to just call apt-get install ctags (or perhaps
exuberant-ctags) though.
