bug in vim/src/config.aap.in ?

Hi,

I think I found a bug in the vim recipe: at line 27 of
vim/src/config.aap.in, there is:
PERL_LIBS       = @perllibs@

this seem to result in compilation failing when enabling perlinterp.
Shouldn't it be:
PERL_LIBS       = @PERL_LIBS@
?

(I cannot test because each time I run aap it overrides this file)
