I don't quite understand it.  Setting $DIMPLIB to "yes" appears to add
the "-L/implib" argument.  Does this mean to use the "/implib"
directory?  Then what if someone would want to use another directory?

I did change that import statement and it does appear in CVS.  Don't
know why you can't see it...
