The idea was that ":conf header" can be followed by several header file
names.  For example:

	:conf header time.h sysdefs.h

Thus the loop is then executed for "time.h" and "sysdefs.h".

I don't think C and C++ header files are separate.  The difference would
have to be indicated by the name.  Or by the include path perhaps, as
indicated by $INCLUDE.
