Not that I know of.  An Aap recipe resembles a Makefile enough that you
can easily convert a Makefile to a recipe.  Dependencies can be used
unmodified, so that the output of "gcc -MM" can be used.

There are comparisons of just a few.  Most of them are language
specific, such as for Java.  I did a broader comparison, but I'm not
independent!
