There already was a modules/kde.aap.  It was written by you...
Please have a look at the existing one, you can probably merge them.

I'll include this one.  I just remembered that you could handle
checksums for .lo files properly if you could write a custom dependency
check action.  It would then inspect the .lo file and add a dependency
on the .o file it refers to.
