Right, the version that is installed this way doesn't support the NetBeans interface yet. Agide should still be able to start gvim, but it won't work that nice. You can try installing the Cream version of Vim. This does include the NetBeans interface, but also a few more things. It also overwrites an existing gvim without warning...
