This only works on Unix.  It might work on MS-Windows with Cygwin
installed.  You then also need to use the Cygwin Python then.  I didn't
try it though...

See src/INSTALLpc.txt for compiling without Aap.

I still didn't find time to write an Aap recipe that also works on
MS-Windows (it would check the system and invoke the current recipe on
Unix, another one for Borland, another one for MSVC, etc.)
