You are apparently using version 1.082, thus you already have the recent
fix for recognizing URLs.

Is the problem that a backslash is used in this command:

Can you try (manually) what path does work?  Problem is that with DOS
commands sometimes backwards slashes are required and sometimes forward
slashes.  A mix like here probably doesn't work...
