new 'new day' in MemAid terms

Hi,

I have changed "days()" function: now it counts days since first day of use 
(like it was), BUT always taken 3:30am hour local time.

In old code: "new day" could come even at 13:00pm (if your first run was at 
that hour), so items scheduled on "next day" could show up a minute later.

Now reviews scheduled on "next day" will be always scheduled after 3:30am at 
night next day.

I hope nobody mind it. (anybody learns at 3:30am?)
