I see you point. Now that we're defining the XML data format it makes sense to 
see if people have certain wishes that the core can support.

Oh, I was just using 'descr' as an example. Another option would be to name it 
'string_that_might_have_some_use_in_the_future_although_were_not_really_sure_what_to_use_it_for_right_now>
