Update:
I have panicked seeing weird data in my elements.txt, and wrote this bug 
report almost as fast as I could when I only saw the bug, with too many 
emotions, without much thinking.
Hopefully this bug is not that serious... :)
stm_t_rpt is not used for anything but just allowing to increment "rp" counter 
on (or after) scheduled repetitions.
There won't be tragedy if 'rp' counter won't move up to few times.

Of course, next, fixed release will be available shortly, but not with this 
crazy haste... sorry again.
