New pyqt memaid prerelease

Hi all,

A new prerelease of pyqt memaid / superkaramba 0.2 on 
http://allserv.rug.ac.be/~pbienst/pub/

Differences with the last one:

-uses a Python based binary format by default
-doesn't crash anymore when run from superkaramba
-GUI has been polished
-Unicode works regardless of system's default encoding

I'll play with this version for about a week to see if I can discover anymore 
bugs, then I'll release it. I also have to make documentation / screenshots.
