Missing "Memorize" Menu?

Greetings, folks. 

I decided to try out KMemaid, so I downloaded the source for 
version 0.4.6 and it configured and complied without error.
However, I don't seem to have a "Memorize" menu, and I am
not clear on how else I should add data, or start actually
using the program. 

Is there a simple trick I am missing, or have I discovered
a bug. I don't get any error via the GUI, or via the shell
where I launch it from. 

Have you kind folks have any suggestions?
