Sudo version 1.6.9p3 now available

Sudo version 1.6.9p3 is now available.

This release fixes a bug in the supplemental group matching introduced
in version 1.6.9.  It is suggested that sites running 1.6.9 update
to 1.6.9p3 as soon as possible.
