Does sudo support Linux capabilties settings?

I am looking to allow user to invoke some commands and need some specific Linux capabilities....true I could just allow them to run it as root and they would get all the capabilities...but I'd like the program running limited to a specific Linux capabilities set.

Does sudo offer any way to do this?  If so what is the syntax?
