A mercurial update seems to have broken hgweb. I've downgraded to
a working version so you should be able to access
https://www.sudo.ws/repos/sudo now.
There are also mirrors at bitbuckets and github:
https://bitbucket.org/millert/sudo
https://github.com/millert/sudo
